Homearama Touring Edition has arrived!
The Home Builders Association of Dayton’s 2019 Homearama Touring Edition presented by Vectren has arrived and we invite people throughout the Dayton region to take part. The 2019 Homearama event began July 26 and the homes will be open every day through Aug. 11.
This year, Homearama guests will have the opportunity to tour nine spectacular new homes scattered around the Dayton region and explore new communities.
Although most of the homes have been sold, you might find the perfect home – or builder – simply by visiting Homearama. Participating builders in the 2019 Homearama Touring Edition presented by Vectren are; Charles V. Simms Development Corp, Clearcreek Custom Builders, County Corp, Daniel DeVol Custom Builder, G.A. White Homes, HBS Development, Justin Doyle Homes, Oberer Homes and Peebles Homes.

As introduced four years ago, the scattered-site tour will feature homes to suit any budget or lifestyle with houses ranging from a home in the historic Dayton neighborhood where the Wright brothers and Paul Lawrence Dunbar lived and worked at $150,000, to a stunning luxury home valued at $965,000.
The best of urban, suburban and estate living will be displayed. Many of the homes have already been sold, making the 2019 Homearama Touring Edition presented by Vectren the first – and possibly only – opportunity for the public to view the houses.
Whether you are in the market to build a new home, remodel your existing home, search for ideas on décor or technology, or simply enjoy viewing beautiful homes, then the 2019 Homearama Touring Edition presented by Vectren is for you.
How can you take part in the 2019 Homearama Touring Edition?
First, purchase a ticket. Visit the Dayton Homearama website at www.DaytonHomearama.com, download the free Dayton Homearama Touring Edition mobile app, or visit a local Kroger store to pre-purchase your tickets for $12. The Dayton Homearama mobile app is available to download, free of charge, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Walk-ups without tickets will be charged $15 at the doors of Homearama homes. All guests over the age of five years must have a ticket to enter.
Second, plan your tour. You can find a locator map and addresses for the Homearama homes at www.DaytonHomearama.com and the Dayton Homearama mobile app.
You will also find information about the houses and builders. To help guests find their way, driving directions are available in each home’s information at www.DaytonHomearama.com and through the Dayton Homearama mobile app.
Homearama Touring Edition signs will also help guide visitors to the homes in the event that the houses are located in new developments and if GPS devices do not recognize the recent street additions.
And last but not least, visit the homes. Your ticket is good for the entirety of the show and you are welcome to tour as many homes as you would like each day until Homearama concludes on Aug. 11.
The Homearama Touring Edition ticket is good for one visit to each Homearama house. Also, a printed Homearama guidebook will be provided to each guest at the first home visited. The houses will be available to tour Monday-Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday-Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
Once you are at the homes, have fun. Enjoy viewing nine beautiful new homes, pay attention to the details built into each home, and take the ideas that you desire and apply them to your current – or future – home. Also, ask questions. Homearama builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer any and all of your questions – about costs, other locations they are building in, the cost of upgrades, financing options, etc.
