Bulletproof, 8 PM on Ch.

26: A pair of undercover cops — Bishop (Noel Clarke, “Star Trek: Into Darkness”) and Pike (rapper and actor Ashley Walters) tirelessly chase down violent criminals in the East End of London in this adrenalineheavy British import. In the premiere, an informant is killed, leading Pike and Bishop to uncover a gang of thieves who target luxury cars. Clarke Peters, Lindsey Coulson and Christina Chang also star in this alternately gritty and glossy crime drama.

BH90210, 9 PM on Ch.

19 and Ch. 45: There’s a whole lot of “meta” going on in this unorthodox new take on the iconic Fox high school drama that ran on the network from 1990 to 2000. Many of the original cast members return for this new show, which isn’t a straightforward reboot, but rather a high-concept take on what might happen if Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris and Brian Austin Green reunited to bring back their vintage hit. The actors play somewhat fictionalized versions of themselves.

Contact, 10 PM on DSC; 1

AM on DSC: Have extraterrestrials really made contact with Earth? More than half the people living in the United States think so, but so far, there’s been no evidence strong enough to change the minds of skeptics. In this new documentary series, six top investigators pursue the answers still to be found, using cutting-edge software developed by the CIA, investigative techniques honed in military special operations and good old shoe-leather journalism from around the world.
