POP TV takes it ‘One Day at a Time’
DON’T MISS: “One Day at a Time” — After being canceled by Netflix, the rebooted Norman Lear comedy begins life anew on another network, thanks to passionate fans who rallied around it. This 13-episode fourth season finds Penelope ( Justina Machado) exploring a surprising relationship, while her mother Lydia (Rita Moreno) experiences a religious crisis — and reveals the details of her surprise trip to Cuba with Dr. Berkowitz (Stephen Tobolowsky). Also, Schneider (Todd Grinnell) grows even closer to Avery (India de Beaufort), Elena (Isabella Gomez) prepares for college and Alex (Marcel Ruiz) starts to date. (9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Pop TV).

Sunday: In “Spy Wars With Damian Lewis,” the guy who played Nicholas Brody on “Homeland” invites viewers into the secret world of government espionage as he examines remarkable stories of daring escapes, thrilling rescues, notorious spy swaps and undercover stings. (8 p.m., Smithsonian Channel).
Monday: Nick Jonas has proven to be a fun and entertaining addition to the coaches panel on “The Voice.” Tonight he calls upon his famous brothers to serve as mentors as the Battle Rounds get under way. (8 p.m., NBC).
Tuesday:Executive produced by Ken Burns, “East Lake Meadows: A Public Housing Story” is a documentary about the inception, decline and demolition of a low-income community in Atlanta. The film recalls the people who lived there and the lives they built — often against the greatest odds — while touching on larger issues of public housing, race and class. (8 p.m., PBS).
Tuesday: In the Season 4 finale of “This Is Us,” the Pearsons gather to celebrate baby Jack’s first birthday. But judging from the tension brewing between Kevin and Randall, we expect some turbulence ahead. (9 p.m., NBC).
Wednesday: “Eating History” could be really fun, or really gross (or both). Two guys — apparently with iron stomachs — taste-test foods that were packaged decades, or even centuries ago. These foods have long since expired…or have they? (10 p.m., History).
Thursday:On the season finale of “A Million Little Things,” a lot of big things are going down. As Eddie and Katherine prepare to renew their vows, Eve goes into labor. Meanwhile, Delilah and Miles get serious, Maggie shares some shocking news, and Eddie learns more about his involvement in the mysterious lake accident. (10 p.m., ABC).
Friday:As Season 3 of “Ozark” begins, six months have passed. The casino is up and running, but Marty and Wendy are fighting for control of the family’s destiny. Marty wants to keep the status quo. Aided by an alliance with Helen and drug cartel leader Omar Navarro, Wendy plots for expansion. (Netflix).
Friday: “Project Runway” alums Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn have reunited for a new fashion competition series. In “Making The Cut,” 12 talented designers visit New York, Paris and Tokyo, and face challenges that will test not only their design skills but their business savvy. (Amazon Prime).
Saturday: Need a feel-good film right about now? In “Just My Type,” a big-city pop culture writer novelist (Bethany Joy Lenz) lands the interview with an illustrious and reclusive mystery author (Brett Dalton) in his quaint rural town. Will love bloom in this “Spring Fever” saga? Silly question. (9 p.m., Hallmark).
