Finishing touches are being made to this newly constructed ranch home, including the landscaping around the house. A bonus room allows for a possible fourth bedroom, family room or hobby area off the garage.

The stone-and-vinyl house sits in the middle of 10.299 acres within Elizabeth Twp. of Miami County.

Listed for $259,900 by RE/ MAX One, the three-bedroom ranch at 6230 Tipp Elizabeth Road has about 1,870 square feet of living space. The house is tucked well off the roadway at the end of a shared gravel driveway. There is road-front property if a private drive is needed, and the acreage is tillable farmland, allowing for potential income.

The house is located on a property where the original 1920 farm house was burned to the ground. The new house was finished this year and will have landscaping and sod installed near the

house. A concrete driveway is near the two-car garage, and there are covered front and back porches.

A concrete walk leads from the driveway to the front porch where the front door opens directly into the living room. Vinyl flooring creates an entry pad, and neutral carpeting fills the living room and all the bedrooms. The living room has a ceiling paddle fan, front window and a cutout within the opposite wall space to allow a passthrough to the kitchen sink.

Oak cabinetry fills two walls within the kitchen and dining room. A double sink is below the cutout that looks into the living room. A light fixture hangs above the sink. Additional cabinetry will be installed in the kitchen as an island breakfast bar that can seat two.

Sliding patio doors open from the breakfast room to the covered patio that overlooks a tree-lined creek and some of the acreage. There is a small pantry closet off the breakfast room, and another door opens into the main bedroom.

The main bedroom has two closets, one regular and one step-in, and a private bathroom with an oak vanity with single sink and a walkin fiberglass shower with sliding-glass doors.

A hallway from the living room leads to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms mirror each other in size with single-door closets. The bathroom has an oak vanity with single sink and a walk-in shower with sliding-glass doors. Across the hallway from the bathroom is a set of bi-fold closet doors that open to the laundry hook-ups.

Another short hallway off the living room leads to the bonus room, which could be used for several living space options. From the doorway, the room is three steps lower than the rest of the house, so the ceiling is higher. There is a window and carpeting. This room could be a family room or a fourth bedroom or a hobby area as it does have access to the twocar garage.
