Road project updates

A few area road projects to know about:

■ SR 48 Bridge Replacemen­t over the Little Miami River near the corporatio­n limit of South Lebanon. Single-lane restrictio­ns are subject to be in effect during hours of operations. SR 48 will be closed June 1 for up to 75 days, and traffic will be detoured via US 22, SR 123 and I-71. The interim completion for Phase 1 of the project is Aug. 31.

■ SR 73 Bridge Rehabilita­tion. Single-lane restrictio­ns in either direction over Caesar Creek, between Furnas Oglesby and Oregonia roads. The Perimeter Hiking Trail is closed through November, as well as intermitte­nt closures of the Buckeye Hiking Trail throughout the duration of the project. All work is scheduled to be completed this fall.

■ I-75 sweeping through Butler and Warren counties. Single-lane closures will be in effect in a moving operation during working hours.

■ I-75 ditching at the I-75 and SR 63 southbound on-ramp. Traffic will be maintained by arrow boards. New impacts:

■ SR 48 culvert replacemen­t. SR 48 will be closed just south of Murdock-Goshen Road through Friday. Traffic will be detoured via SR 28, I-275 and US 22.

■ SR 350 culvert replacemen­t. SR 350 was closed Tuesday between Waynesvill­e and Camp Nixon roads. Traffic will be detoured via US 22 and SR 123. The project is scheduled for completion by June 15.

■ SR 350 pavement repair. Single-lane restrictio­ns between US 22/SR 3 and SR 132/133 daily from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.

■ US 22 catch basin repair between the intersecti­ons of Fosters-Maineville Road and Old 3C Highway. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
