PM on TNT: Two teams jockeying for playoff position in the West get down to business in Orlando, Fla., where Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz go up against Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets. Jokic turned in a stellar performance the last time these teams met in February, scoring 31 points to go with 21 rebounds and 10 assists in leading the way to a 98-95 Nuggets victory, their second in two tries against the Jazz.
License to Kill, 7 PM on OXY; 1 AM on OXY: Plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow (“Botched”) returns as host of this true-crime series, which opens a 12-episode sophomore season with more stories of crimes committed by medical professionals. This season, Dubrow uses his medical expertise to take viewers into the mind of each killer, while investigating why these villains committed their crimes and how authorities stopped them. Cases include a surgeon who performed invasive surgeries in highly unsanitary conditions, and a doctor who overprescribed opioids to unsuspecting college students.

Hauser), an aspiring law enforcement officer, is working as a security guard at the Games when he finds and reports a bomb on the premises. Initially hailed as a hero, he is horrified when suspicion mounts that he placed the device himself to gain attention. As Jewell’s mother, Kathy Bates earned an Oscar nomination, among other accolades. Sam Rockwell, Jon Hamm and Olivia Wilde also star.
