A43-year-old Daytonman is accused of giving three people drugs and then sexually assaulting two of them over the New Year’s holiday.

Lamon D. Boyd is facing three counts of kidnapping (sexual activity), two counts of rapeinvolvinganimpaired victim, two counts of having weapons under disability and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, according to DaytonMunicipal Court records.

On Dec. 31, three people left a group home in Clayton andwere offered a ride by an unknown man who reportedly offered them an alcoholic drink and took them to a house in the 1700 block of KensingtonDrive in Dayton.

While at the home, Boyd gave two of the reported victims marijuana, crack cocaine and acid, according to court records. He reportedly engaged in sexual activitywith thesametwo victims and then paid them.

Sometime between New Year’s Eve and Jan. 2, the three victimswere involved in a crash while driving Boyd’s vehicle.

“As a result of this accident, Boyd physically assaulted [one of the victims] and placed a gun to the rear of her head and lower backandmadeverbal threats to [her],” read an affidavit. “[Another victim] was in the basement at the order of Boyd and attempted to exit the basement during this assault but was aggressively stopped by Boyd and ordered back into the basement.”

Police obtained a search warrant for the house and recovered three guns, 540 grams of suspected cocaine and 492 grams of marijuana.

Boyd’s bond was set at $500,000 on Monday, according to court records. His next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 12.
