WARREN COUNTY Free seminar

The Warren County Small Business Developmen­t Center and Chef Therapy Group Consulting are sponsoring a free seminar from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18.

This will be a free Zoom event focusing on “Maximizing Your Safety & Sanitary Dollars and Time: Cleanlines­s = Job #1,” as well as “Tips to be Strategic, Realistic & Proactive with Your 2021 Back-of the-House Operation,” “What is Prime Cost & Why It’s Important” and “Inventory Management through Menu Item Sales & Profitabil­ity Analysis.”

The seminar features a 30-year industry profession­al on solutions and resources to help sustain your operation and save more than 585,000 Ohio jobs during a time when 65% of restaurant revenues are down at least 50% from YTD2019, dining rooms and inside bars are capacity restricted, and owners are limiting their menus to Take-Out/Delivery.
