2 appointed in Dayton Water Department Young joins practice
Dayton City Manager Shelley Dickstein has announced the appointment of two professionals to positions in the Dayton Department of Water, effective immediately.
Jackie Richmond is promoted to the position of manager of the Division of Water Administration.
As division manager, Richmond will be responsible for supervision of maintenance and office staff and will participate in the management of operations and fiscal matters, including labor relations and special initiatives. The division is the central management organization for the Department of Water, which serves approximately 400,000 residents and businesses in Dayton and other communities.
Richmond is a 26-year City of Dayton employee with 10 years of supervisory experience. Her City service includes six years as senior business manager at the Department’s Water Utility Filed Operations division and six years as executive secretary in the Office of the City Manager. The City has recognized her customer service, team leadership and problem resolution abilities with the Joseph T. Cline Award (2018) and the Water Worthy Award for Customer Service (2015). She was awarded a B.S. in Organizational Management by Wilberforce University in 2015.
Kena Crist is joining the Dayton Water Department as financial officer.
As financial officer, Christ will manage the budget, financial operations, and strategic planning for the
Terrance Young is joining Premier Women’s Center, a Premier Physician Network practice. Young received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. He went on to complete an OB/GYN internship and residency at Emory University School of Medicine.
Young will join Augustina Addison, MD, Katherine Bachman, MD, Larry Holland, DO, Alaine Kirby, NP, Michele Josefovsky, NP, Jenni Doseck, CNP, and Kimberly Diltz, CNS, at the practice.
