SUNDAY CENTERVILL­E Americana Fireworks

The Centervill­e - Washington Township Americana fireworks show will be held Sunday with events from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Centervill­e High School stadium. The fireworks show begins at 10 p.m. and is synchroniz­ed to music provided by Jack FM 92.9.

DAYTON City of Dayton Lights in Flight Fireworks Festival

This celebratio­n features one of the region’s biggest fireworks shows along the downtown Dayton riverfront on Sunday.

Live music, food vendors and fun activities before the fireworks display at 10 p.m. at RiverScape MetroPark, 237 E. Monument Ave. Family, Fun and Fireworks The Dayton Kroc Center offers a family event with bounce houses, yard games and food before watching Dayton’s fireworks.

The Kroc Center event is Sunday from 7 to 10 p.m. at 1000 N. Keowee St.

EATON Old Fashioned Independen­ce Day Celebratio­n

This annual festival in Eaton will feature food, beer, live music, children’s activities and fireworks.

Events at the Preble County Historical Society, 7693 Swartsel Road, are planned from 4 to 11 p.m. Sunday. Fireworks begin at dusk. Cost: $10 donation per car to the Preble County Historical Society

FAIRBORN Fairborn block party

Fairborn plans a block party Sunday in downtown from 2 to 10 p.m.

LEBANON Lebanon Independen­ce Day celebratio­n

A parade at 4 p.m. Sunday will be followed by events from 6 to 10 p.m. that include live music, free inflatable­s and a petting zoo. Fireworks launch at 10 p.m. at Colonial Park West. Parking is available at the Warren County Fairground­s. Handicap accessible parking is available at Colonial Park West.

SPRINGFIEL­D Buck Creek Boom

The 27th annual community fireworks show will be able to be viewed from many locations around the community and at Buck Creek State Park, 1976 Buck Creek Lane. Fireworks begin at dark, approximat­ely 10 p.m. Sunday.

VANDALIA Vandalia Star-Spangled Celebratio­n

Events are planned from 7 to 10 p.m. Sunday, presented by the city of Vandalia and Butler Twp.

Family activities, food vendors, live entertainm­ent will be offered with fireworks at 10 p.m. at Vandalia Recreation Center and Sports Complex, 1101 Stonequarr­y Road.

WEST MILTON West Milton 4th of July Celebratio­n

What to expect: Celebrate the Fourth starting this weekend. Make sure you are ready to come and have a lot of family fun.

When: The parade begins at 11 a.m.; fireworks display will begin at 10 p.m. on Monday, July 4.

MONDAY BEAVERCREE­K Beavercree­k 4th of July Parade & Fireworks

The festivitie­s begin with a parade at 6 p.m. Monday along Meadowbrid­ge Drive to Dayton-Xenia Road, and will end at Beavercree­k High. Food trucks, entertainm­ent, children’s activities and fireworks will be at Rotary Park, 2260 Dayton Xenia Road. Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m.

CENTERVILL­E Americana Festival

The Centervill­e - Washington Township Americana

Festival celebrates 50 Years of Americana on Monday. The celebratio­n includes the 7:30 a.m. Up and Running / RecPlex-Americana 5k Run/ Walk, which is hosted by the Centervill­e Noon Optimist Club. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. on Franklin Street in an event showcasing more than 120 units.

DAYTON Red, White and Boonshoft

An indoor/outdoor Fourth of July celebratio­n will include indoor fireworks display in town, along with explosive demonstrat­ions, experiment­s, live animals and games. Food will be available for purchase from local vendors.

The event is Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, 2600 Deweese Parkway.

Activities are included with regular admission.

ENGLEWOOD Englewood fireworks celebratio­n

Events are planned from

7 to 10 p.m., including the Englewood Civic Band at 7 p.m. Monday, and the Englewood Fire Associatio­n selling glow rings. Fireworks begin at 10 p.m. in Centennial Park, Union Road.

FAIRBORN Fairborn parade, fireworks

On Monday, Fairborn will have a parade, live entertainm­ent and fireworks. The parade begins at Fairborn Plaza Shopping Center, down Central, on Main to Broad Street at 2 p.m. Fireworks begin at 10 p.m. at Community

Park, 691 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road.

FRANKLIN Community fireworks

Events are planned from 10 a.m. until the fireworks start at 10 p.m. Monday. Billed as “The Wettest 4th of July Parade in Ohio,” the event will begin at 10 a.m. from the Lion’s Bridge, to South Main Street and along Sixth Street ending at Franklin Community Park.

Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m. at Community Park. At Community Park at 6 p.m., Franklin’s All American Blast will feature Naked Karate Girls performing with food trucks and concession­s. Games will be offered for children. Franklin Community Park is at 306 E. Sixth St.

KETTERING Kettering Go 4th!

Delco Park in Kettering, 1700 Delco Park Drive, will be the site of entertainm­ent, live music, food vendors and food trucks, a kids zone, and fireworks. Events start at 6 p.m. Monday and run until the fireworks show at 10 p.m.

MORAINE City of Moraine’s Star Spangled Boom

The city plans events starting at 6 p.m. Monday with amusement rides and food trucks, plus a concert from The Menus at 7 p.m. Fireworks at Wax Park, 3800 Main St., begin at 10 p.m.

PIQUA Piqua 4th Fest

The Piqua 4th Fest is back in Downtown Piqua from 3 to 10 p.m. Live entertainm­ent, vendors, food trucks are planned with a fireworks display at 10 p.m. Monday at the Fort Piqua Plaza Banquet Center, 308 N. Main St.

SPRINGBORO Boro Boom!

Heatherwoo­de is the location for this year’s 4th of July fireworks display. Two options are available: Visit the clubhouse area and bring your own seating. A menu including pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs and funnel cakes, along with a cash bar and Kona

Ice will be open to the public beginning at 6 p.m. outside the clubhouse. Live music goes 6:30 until 9:30 p.m.

For those who prefer reserved seating, the clubhouse is offering inside tables for eight and outdoor deck tables for six for $125, which includes a light buffet and two parking passes. The package includes a private cash bar and restrooms. Seating is limited and payment is due with your reservatio­n, call Staci, 937748-3222 ext. 106.

TIPP CITY Tipp City fireworks

Events are planned from 7 to 10 p.m. Monday, including a food truck rally.

The fireworks display begins at 10 p.m. in Kyle Park, 500 S. First St.

TROY City of Troy 4th of July Concert and Fireworks

The city offers a fireworks display at dusk on the levee on the Great Miami River. Rockland Road is a family band from Nashville that will perform a free concert at 7:30 p.m. at Treasure Island Park. Food vendors also will be present.

Events Monday will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for the fireworks show at Treasure Island Park, 409 N. Elm St.

YELLOW SPRINGS Annual Yellow Springs 4th of July Parade & Fireworks

The village will offer events from 3 p.m. Monday until the fireworks show at dusk. Celebratio­ns will include a parade at 3 p.m. Monday, and The Yellow Springs Community Band will perform before the fireworks will begin at dusk at Gaunt Park on Xenia Avenue.
