■ ENGLEWOOD (July 16) – A police officer responding to a suspicious person call around 3 a.m. was waved down in the area of the complaint by a woman on foot. The woman provided what police learned was a false name and date of birth. She soon was identified, and police found a warrant for her arrest. The woman was arrested on the warrant and three glass pipes were found in a search of her purse. The woman was charged with possession of drug parapherna­lia and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on the warrant.

■ ENGLEWOOD (July 17) – A 63-year-old man was arrested after attempting to leave Meijer with a duffle bag stuffed with clothing he did not pay for, according to a police report. A loss prevention officer told police he watched the man place items in the bag then attempt to leave the store. The man was charged with theft.

■ ENGLEWOOD (July 28) – A woman was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxicati­on after being seen staggering out of a store and into nearby parking lots where she was nearly hit by vehicles, police said.

■ TIPP CITY (Aug. 30) – Police received a complaint of a juvenile making fake social media pages claiming to be someone else.

■ MONROE TWP., Miami County (Aug. 25) – A woman reported to sheriff’s deputies that she trespassed on someone’s property by accident and a man came out of the residence threatenin­g and yelling at her. The woman asked to make a report with the sheriff ’s office in case there were any other issues.

■ MONROE TWP., Miami County (Aug. 5) – Deputies were called to a residence on a complaint of neighbor issues including a dispute over a main property line between the properties.
