Income tax renewal will help city provide services

-

The holiday season is upon us. There are gifts to purchase, cookies to bake, cards to address, parties to attend and checklists to complete. However, it is also a time to step back and reflect on the many wonderful relationships we continue to build.

I am grateful for the outstanding Springboro

Police and Clearcreek Fire departments that continue to make us one of the safest cities in Ohio. Our partnerships with our schools, Clearcreek Township and the Springboro Chamber have enhanced our ability to continue to provide outstanding services to our residents and businesses.

Our city and its residents are fortunate that we are home to many community organizations that provide services for those in need as well as amenities like festivals, parades and other celebrations. Springboro is indeed, a community of neighbors!

I thank you for your support of Issue 21, our income tax renewal. These funds help us provide the outstanding core services you expect as residents of Springboro which include keeping our roads in good condition, our water safe, our business community strong and our neighborhoods safe.

Most importantly, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you, our residents.

Thank you for your confidence in my leadership. I look forward to serving four more years as your mayor. Your support of our businesses, schools, non-profit organizations and City services and operations are what makes Springboro the community we all love!

I wish you a peaceful and joyous Christmas and a very happy New Year.

It is an honor to serve as your mayor.
