Claim to fame/honors: Overcame health challenges to enjoy success in two winter sports; diagnosed with medication-induced lupus in September and was nearly immobile with swollen joints; after extensive training, had strong start to season, but sidelined by knee injury in December; returned to action in January; in diving, earned first-team All-Miami Valley League and qualified for district meet; Beavercree­k Diving Invitation­al champion; placed 6th at West Clermont; finalist and placed 12th at Southwest Classic, largest high school dive meeting in country; competed for gymnastics team that qualified for Division I state championsh­ip meet; first alternate for state meet in floor exercise individual­ly after placing sixth at district meet
