Fun and creative date ideas
Going on dates is supposed to be fun and exciting, but it can become a hassle if you can't decide on what to do. No one likes continuously doing the same thing over and over again, so here are a few fun and creative date ideas to keep things interesting.
Have a spontaneous photo shoot. Take a camera around town and find picturesque scenes to strike poses in front of. Photograph you and your partner together or separately. Be as creative as you want. This is a super fun date to do, and it costs little to nothing to do. Not only do you get to capture and make new memories, but you also get to experience all that your city has to offer.
Take a class together. Whether it's a dancing or pottery class, taking classes together is always a great date option filled with fun and romance. This allows the two of you to get creative and learn something new. There are multiple options to choose from with easier and harder skill sets with each lesson. Feel free to mix it up. If you don't like something, just try another. Taking classes together keeps things exciting and is the perfect opportunity to learn more about your partner's interests.
Have a game night. Sometimes the best dates are ones that can be done in the comfort of your own home. Playing board games or video games is a fun way to spend time with each other while adding a little friendly competition to the date. Some of my favorite dates with my partner are our game nights. They are always filled with fun and come with no pressure.
Take an all-day road trip. For those who love to travel, consider taking a road trip together. You don't have to travel far, but try to spend the day stopping at various places you both would like to go. Road trip dates allow you to spend time with your significant other and add adventure to the relationship. All-day road trips also act as a mini-vacation and provide a small escape from dayto-day life and are a great way to learn more about one another through conversations.
Go to a casino. Casinos offer various activities to choose from and a fun way to test each other's luck. Most casinos also provide food and hotel services which can serve as a perfect weekend getaway together. Whether you are playing poker or inserting quarters at the slot machines, having a date at a casino is a great way to spend time together with the possibility of earning some extra cash.
