Michigan is playing as well as anyone right now. Illinois, if fully healthy, is an elite team. This should be a back-and-forth contest on par with the Wolverines’ game against Ohio State. Dickinson has proven he can slow down post scorers, which bodes well for this matchup. And Michigan is playing so well on both ends of the court it would be hard to predict a loss at home. U-M 75, Illinois 73.
