Too Short and E-40 are delivering treats for their legions of fans this holiday season. Each of the rappers is releasing a new album, and the two recordings are also being sold together as a bundle project.

Too Short’s part of the bundle is his 22nd solo studio album, “Ain’t Gone Do It,” while E-40 unveils his 27th solo studio album, “Terms and Conditions.” Each contributes raps to the other’s new record, and of course there are enough additional guest artists involved to form a small country: G-Eazy, Guapdad 4000, Mistah F.A.B., Rayven Justice, Freddie Gibbs, Brent Faiyaz, Gashi, Drakeo the Ruler and many more.

To celebrate the collaboration, the two Bay Area icons battled it out on the microphones in a friendly competition last weekend. The “Legends of the Bay” event was the latest in the ongoing Verzuz webcast series that pits music talents against each other. The event — which drew promo videos from Portland Trailblazers guard Damian Lillard, a Bay Area native, and Golden State Warriors’ Steph Curry — can still be viewed on IGTV, Apple Music and YouTube. Go to www.instagram.com/verzuztv for more information.

Meanwhile, reports say the two Bay Area legends are at work with SoCal rap icons Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube on a project due out in 2021. Stay tuned.

Details: The bundle album is available for streaming and/or purchase on multiple platforms, including Apple, iTunes, Spotify, Deezer and Tidal; more information is at music.empi.re/shortand40.
