How to stream this year’s Oscar lineup

Everything about this year’s Oscars is a little bit different, from the timing of the show to the types of movies nominated to the ceremony itself, which will unfold on April 25 in a live presentati­on we still don’t know a whole lot about.

It’s befitting of a year in which Hollywood was turned upside down and inside out, where theaters were shuttered and blockbuste­r movies sat on the sidelines while smaller films and awards season fare secured release deals on streaming platforms.

As a result, most of the year’s Academy Awardnomin­ated films are available on major streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video.

Here are some recommenda­tions of movies to stream before the ceremony.
