• Saint Vestal Christian Methodist Episcopal Church:
Men’s and Women’s Day will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at the church. The Rev. Fannie Washington is the pastor and the guest speaker will be Pastor Gwen Edwards of Set Free Ministry in Camden. The public is invited to attend.
• Bouldware Temple Church of God in Christ: Baby Christian services will be held at the church located at 1611 Detroit St., El Dorado, at 11:45 a.m. on Sunday. Supt. Kelly Owens is pastor and everyone is invited to attend.
• New Olive Branch Baptist Church: Revival services will be held at the church located at 1548 N. Roselawn, El Dorado, at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. Guest evangelist will be Dr. C. Dennis Edwards, pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Little Rock and president of the Arkansas Consolidated Missionary Baptist State Convention. Eugene J. Farley Sr. is pastor of the church.
• Mount Zion Baptist Church-Urbana: The Friendship District Choir will rehearse at 6 p.m. on Sunday at the church.
• Living Word Ministries:
End Time Ministries will present a Prayer Conference – Session 4 at 10 a.m. today at the church, 1009 Rear W. First St., El Dorado. The theme will be “Pray Without Ceasing,” and the speaker will be the Rev. Joyce Jones, pastor of Bethel A.M.E. Church in Bearden. The Rev. Loretta Willis is pastor of Living Word Ministries. Music will be provided by LWM and guests and worship in dance will be provided by WOP.
• Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ: A homecoming celebration will be held at the church at 3 p.m. on Sunday. The theme will be “There’s No Place Like Home.” Minister Earlene Burns will deliver the message. Music will be provided by Gospel Echoes and solo artists, Nadine Murphy, Titiana Ross, Evangelist Ruby Waller and Payton Ross. Martha Briggs will serve as emcee. Lunch will be served at 2 p.m. The public is invited to attend. A special celebration service will be held at 3 p.m. on Oct. 2 at the church located at 821 Union St., El Dorado. The theme will be “Boldly Preaching the Gospel.” Guest speaker will be Evangelist Ruby Waller, an associate minister of Helps Inspiration Ministry in Farmerville, La. Guest emcee will be Lady Sherry Hill. Ministry in dance will be presented by Jordan Burns, who recently returned from the Dominican Republic. Those attending are asked to wear red and yellow. The public is invited to attend.
• Little Bethel Baptist Church: The 150th anniversary of the church, located at 3761 S. Jackson Road, will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Leon Miller is pastor and Casey Wade is associate minister. Guest minister will be Pastor Jimmy Miller. Lunch will be served from 1 until 2 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend.
• Immanuel Baptist Church: The Ladies Only Luncheon will begin with serving lunch at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the church, located at 701 S. West
Ave. The program will begin at 12:10 p.m.
Terry Carver of Lockesburg will be the guest speaker. Music will be provided by Cindy Greer of El Dorado. Preschool childcare reservations must be made by noon on Monday by calling the church office at 862-4264.

• Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, 1487 AR Hwy 172, Hampton AR, where Bishop Steven A. Paylor is pastor, will host a Homecoming event, Sunday, September 25 at 2:30 pm at the church. Guest speaker will be Rev. Earnest Moore and Macedonia Baptist Church of Magnolia AR. The public is invited.
•Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, 1487 AR Hwy 172, Hampton AR where Bishop Steven A. Paylor is pastor, is having a Holy Convocation Revival beginning Monday, September 26 thru 29th at 7 p.m. nightly. Bishop Calloway will bring the message on Monday, September 26 and Tuesday through Thursday Rev. C.L. Mack, pastor of Highland Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, AR will bring the message. The public is invited.
