Bobby Phillips, 71, of El Dorado, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017 at the John McClelland Memorial Hospital in Little Rock.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Andrews Funeral Home.

KAY Y. McKINNON
Kay Yossett McKinnon, 65, of El Dorado, passed away Feb. 27, 2017, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House.
A celebration of life for Kay will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 25, at Northwest Baptist Church with the Rev. Wesley Miller officiating. Cremation services were provided by Young’s Funeral Directors.
Memorials to help with final expenses may be made to the family.

SR.
John H. Willett Sr., 92, of El Dorado, died on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, at Young’s Chapel with Brother Rusty Pedigo officiating.
Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. on Friday at Young’s.
Memorials may be made to Life Touch Hospice and Salem Cemetery.

GREG L. DEATON
Greg L. Deaton, 60, of El Dorado, died on Feb. 27, 2017 at his home.
Greg was born on June 9, 1956 and was a lifelong resident of El Dorado. Greg retired from Great Lakes Chemical and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing and his pugs, Herbie and Sophie.
Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Marcia Hodge Deaton; a brother, Morris Deaton; and the love of his life, Loa Noel Deaton.
Survivors are his daughters, Tara Lewis (Buddy) of El Dorado, and Tonya Mansfield (Clint) of Kentucky; along with his sister-in-law, Vicki Deaton; and several grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Steve Moss officiating.
The family will receive friends at Young’s Funeral Directors from 9 a.m. until service time on Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

CHARLES L. ROGERS
Charles L. Rogers, 89, of El Dorado, passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot
Springs.
He was born July
22, 1927, to John Gilbert and Eunice
Beasley Rogers in El Dorado. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and was an oil producer.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his first wife, Dorlis Giles Rogers; his second wife, Doris Starling Rogers; his third wife, Marie Sturgis Rogers; his sister, Forest Rogers Allen; his brother, Dwight Rogers; and his sister Virginia Rogers Ratcliff.
Survivors include his son, John C. Rogers (Tinka) of Hot Springs Village; daughter, Teresa “Terry” Ralston (Jim) of Hot Springs Village; sister, Pauline Rogers Cullins of Georgia; and three step-children, Sherian Smith (Danny) of El Dorado, Tommy Davidson of Granville, Texas and Teena Harsh of Wichita, Kansas; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held noon until service time Thursday, March 2, 2017, at Young’s.
A graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Jim Bolding officiating, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
