EL DORADO SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: French toast sticks with maple syrup, graham crackers, yogurt, orange, diced pears.

LUNCH: Cheeseburg­er, popcorn chicken, country green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, fresh broccoli with ranch, fresh orange wedges, fruit cocktail.

GRAB & GO: All-American chef salad.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Sausage biscuit, graham crackers, apple wedges, mixed fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken quesadilla, ham, turkey and cheese sandwich, refried beans, orange glazed carrots, cherry tomatoes, fresh orange wedges.

GRAB & GO: Spicy chicken sandwich.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancakes with maple syrup, string cheese, grapes, applesauce.

LUNCH: Baked potato with broccoli and cheese, grilled ham and cheese sandwich, campfire beans, tossed salad with ranch, diced pears.

GRAB & GO: Hot ham and cheese sub.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Vanilla glazed donut, graham crackers, yogurt, banana, diced pears.

LUNCH: Chicken sandwich, turkey chef salad, seasoned corn, fresh baby carrots, fresh strawberry halves.

GRAB & GO: Ham, turkey and cheese sub.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Ham and cheese biscuit, cheese cube, orange smiles, diced peaches.

LUNCH: Pepperoni pizza, hot dog, French fries, country green beans, carnival cookie, orange wedges.

GRAB & GO: Ham and provolone sub.

JUNCTION CITY SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Pop Tart, cereal, fruit. LUNCH: Shrimp poppers with ketchup, steamed broccoli with cheese, seasoned corn, fruit, hushpuppie­s.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Breakfast pizza, fruit. LUNCH: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich, sweet potato tots with ranch, dill pickle spears, fruit, rice crispy treat.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cereal, cinnamon toast, fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken tenders, green beans, creamed potatoes with gravy, fruit, roll.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Biscuit, sausage, fruit.

LUNCH: Taco salad with taco sauce, kidney beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, fruit, graham bug bites.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Donuts, fruit. LUNCH: Hamburger with mayo or mustard, French fries with ketchup, sandwich salad cup, fruit, fruit slushy.

PARKERS CHAPEL SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake wrap with syrup, fresh pears.

LUNCH: Chicken fajitas, beef taco, cilantro lime rice, charro beans, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Bagel with cream cheese, bananas.

LUNCH: Beef taco pie, chicken nachos, cilantro lime rice, refried beans, mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Egg and sausage burrito, applesauce, strawberry banana yogurt.

LUNCH: Chicken parmesan, beef stroganoff, breadstick, green beans, cinnamon apple slices.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Waffle with syrup, diced peaches, blueberry yogurt.

LUNCH: BBQ glazed chicken, chili with fritos, roll, corn, fresh apples.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake with syrup, fresh apples, strawberry banana yogurt.

LUNCH: Chicken nuggets, chicken patty sandwich, fries, fresh oranges.

BREAKFAST: Whole grain muffins or cereal with whole grain crackers, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Pulled pork on bun, twice baked potato salad, baked beans, fruit.

BREAKFAST: Strawberry pancakes or cereal with whole wheat toast and jelly, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Steak fingers, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, wheat roll, fruit.

WEDNESDAY

LUNCH: Beef spaghetti, salad, green beans, wheat roll, fruit.
