EL DORADO SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Chicken biscuit, graham crackers, cubed honeydew, diced pears.

LUNCH: Popcorn chicken, cheeseburg­er, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese, honeydew slices, mixed fruit.

GRAB & GO: Turkey and cheese sub.

TUESDAY:

BREAKFAST: Pancake on a stick, graham crackers, apple wedges, mixed fruit.

LUNCH: Potato with broccoli and cheese, breaded chicken patty sandwich, seasoned corn, celery sticks, banana diced pears, cookie.

GRAB & GO: Turkey and cheese sub.

WEDNESDAY:

BREAKFAST: Cheesy eggs, bacon, string cheese, grapes, applesauce.

LUNCH: French toast sticks with maple syrup and sausage, corn dog, tator tots, orange glazed carrots, cucumber slices, apple wedges, mixed fruit.

GRAB & GO: Parmesan chicken melt.

THURSDAY:

BREAKFAST: Sausage biscuit, graham crackers, banana, raisins.

LUNCH: Soft beef taco, turkey chef salad, Mexican corn, cheesy refried beans, fresh grapes, diced peaches.

GRAB & GO: Hot ham and cheese sub.

FRIDAY:

BREAKFAST: Cereal, toast, fruit.

LUNCH: Beef tacos, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, fruit, graham crackers.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake on stick with syrup, fruit.

LUNCH: Spaghetti, green beans, salad with dressing, fruit, breadstick.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cereal, cinnamon toast, fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken tenders, creamed potatoes with gravy, broccoli salad, fruit, roll.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Biscuit, sausage, fruit.

LUNCH: Mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce, peas and carrots, seasoned corn, fruit.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Cinnamon bun, fruit.

LUNCH: BBQ on bun, French fries, ketchup, fruit, cookie.

PARKERS CHAPEL SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Biscuit with gravy, mixed fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken tenders, country fried steak, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes, roll, fresh apples.

TUESDAY:

BREAKFAST: Pancake wrap with syrup, diced peaches

LUNCH: Chicken parmesan, beef stroganoff, breadstick, green beans, sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY:

BREAKFAST: Egg sausage and cheese burrito, fresh oranges, blueberry yogurt.

LUNCH: Loaded chicken potato, Philly cheese steak sub, fries, mixed fruit.

THURSDAY:

BREAKFAST: Cinnamon roll, fresh apples, strawberry banana yogurt.

LUNCH: Sloppy Joe, BBQ pork rib sandwich, fries, diced pears.

BREAKFAST: Omelet with cheese and ham or cereal with whole wheat toast and jelly, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Shrimp poppers, carrot sticks with ranch, oven fries, fruit.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Whole grain cereal with cinnamon toast, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Beef spaghetti, salad, great northern beans, fruit, whole wheat roll.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Pop Tart or cereal with whole grain crackers, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Hot ham and cheese sandwich, sandwich salad cup, fruit, BBQ beans.

BREAKFAST: Waffles, sausage, fruit.

LUNCH: Ham and cheese sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickle, baked beans, broccoli, carrots, fruit.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Cinnamon bun, fruit.

LUNCH: Hamburger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, baked fries, fruit.
