Charles Jamerson, 70, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 7 and charged with failing to pay court fines. He posted the $610 cash only bond and is not on the Union County roster.

Theron M. Britt, Jr., 30, of Choudrant, La., was arrested on April 6. He is facing the following citations: driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to a chemical test, littering, and failure to maintain control.

Fredy Cabrera, 33, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 6 in reference to non support of a body attachment. He will be held at the Union County jail until posting a $1,500 cash only bond. Cynthia M. Smith, 59, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 6 and charged with violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law. She will be held at the Union County jail until posting a $604.74 bond.

Darius T. Morris, 23, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 6. Deputies served a warrant for non-support body attachment. He will be held at the Union County jail until posting a 1,000 cash only bond. Nathan Kingrey, Jr., 20, of Huttig, was arrested on April 6 and charged with first-degree forgery. He made his first appearance on Friday.

Jacquelyne R. Staples, 47, of Calion, was arrested on April 5 and charged with petition to revoke and failure to appear in court. Her court date is scheduled for April 20.

Kemo B. McElroy, 35, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 4 and charged with failing to appear in court. His court date is scheduled for April 18.

Alan C. Spriggs, 39, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 5 and charged with petition to revoke probation and failure to appear in court. His court date is scheduled for April 13.

Tanya G. Earnest, 49, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 4 and charged with failing to appear in court. Her court date is scheduled for April 18. Wesley A. Cates, 39, of El Dorado, was arrested on April 3 and charged with violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law. He will be held at the Union County jail until posting a $2,016.87 cash only bond.

Joseph C. Farris, 38, of Strong, was arrested April 3 and charged with failing to appear in court. He was booked and jailed pending a $2,040 cash only bond. He posted bond and has been issued a citation to appear in Union County District Court on May 1, at 9 a.m.

Ray D. Johnson, 28, of El Dorado, was arrested March 31 and charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated assault on law enforcement. These charges were tacked on from the sheriff’s office based on behavior inside the jail cell. The court assigned these charges April 3 with bond set at $25,000, any form acceptable to the sheriff. David A. Sommerville, 28, of El Dorado, was arrested April 2 and charged with the following misdemeanors: first-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree domestic battery. The court assigned his bond at $3,985, cash or corporate surety. Kimberly A. Sneed, 39, was arrested March 30 and charged with criminal trespassing. She has been booked and jailed pending her court date April 30.

Tyree W. Orr, 21, of El Dorado, was arrested March 31 and charged with fleeing, a class C misdemeanor. He is being held in lieu of a $640 bond. He is scheduled to face pending charges: first-degree forgery and possession of a controlled substance - other, with intent to deliver. As of Tuesday, he is on the Union County roster.

Jermaine O. McDonald, 29, of El Dorado, was arrested April 1 and charged with criminal trespassing. He is being held in lieu of a $640 bond.

David L. Lewis, 24, of El Dorado, was arrested April 1 and charged with obstructing governmental operations. He is being held in lieu of a $515 bond.
