Franklin D. Massey, 72, of El Dorado passed away on April 16, 2017.

HAZEL ANN GLENN

Hazel Ann Glenn, 87, of Branson, MO, formerly of El Dorado, AR, died on April 14, 2017 in Branson, MO.

The family will receive friends Monday from noon until 1:30 at First Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will follow at 2 pm., Monday, April 17, 2017 at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Ronnie Morris and Rev. Chris Cleveland officiatin­g. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Youngs Funeral Directors.

Obituaries MICHAEL C. ROGERS

Michael Curry Rogers, 73, born August 19, 1943, died in Little Rock on April 11, 2017. Originally from El Dorado, he was a retired office manager and a member of Little Rock

First Baptist

Church.

Michael was predecease­d by a son, Brian

El Rogers; parents, Byron Leslie Rogers and Ruth El Curry Foster; a brother, Byron L. (Buddy) Rogers, Jr. and grandparen­ts, El and Ruth Curry. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty Reynolds Rogers; two daughters, April Robinson and Sarah and Joey Langston; three granddaugh­ters and three grandsons.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, April 17 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18 at the funeral home, officiated by Dr. Jonathan Curtis and the Rev. Jason Lee, followed by interment at 4 p.m. at Arlington Memorial Park. EDDIE C. WALTER SR.

Eddie C. Walter Sr., 68, died March 31, 2017 at his home on Homer, Louisiana.

Born on Feb. 15, 1949 in Commerce, Texas, he was proceeded in death by his parent C.V. and Imogene Walter and a brother C.E. Walters.

He retired from Hand E Constructi­on with partner and beloved friend Henry Moore.

Survivors include his fiance Wanda Smith;brother James R. Waters; sisters Edith Moss and Carolyn Hill of El Dorado and Dorthy Hutchison of California; his two sons Eddie C. Walters Jr. and Chris ( Jennifer) George of El Dorado; one daughter, Janet(John) Parker of Calion; Step-son Joey Johnson; grandchild­ren, Racquel George, John (Kelsey) Parker Jr. Lacey George, Tristen George and Tyler Johnson and one great-grandchild Allen Cole George.

A memorial will take place from 2-4 p.m. on April 23 at their home at 775 Peterson Road lot 67 in Homer.

Any donations can be made to Cancer Research or Hospice Foundation.

The family would like to thank Eddie’s best friend Glenn Ferguson (Rocky) for his love and support during this difficult time and to Dr. Samuel Abshire and staff for going above and beyond.
