EL DORADO SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Breakfast pizza, graham crackers, cubed honeydew and diced pears.

LUNCH: Hamburger, beef nachos, cheese refried beans, cucumber slices, fresh grapes and peach cups.

GRAB & GO: Ham and cheese sandwich.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cheese eggs and hash browns, graham crackers, apple wedges and mixed fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken nuggets, ham and cheese sub, country green beans, half baked potato, celery sticks, honeydew and mixed fruit.

GRAB & GO: Diced chicken salad.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cherry frudel, string cheese, grapes and applesauce.

LUNCH: Ham chef salad, cinnamon apples, fresh baby carrots and watermelon.

GRAB & GO: Buffalo chicken wrap.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Sausage biscuit, yogurt, banana and diced pears.

LUNCH: Barbecue ribblet sandwich, chicken sandwich, oven fries, buttered corn, applesauce and fresh grapes. GRAB & GO: Ham and cheese sandwich.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancakes with maple syrup, graham crackers, orange smiles, raisins.

LUNCH: Pepperoni pizza, hot dog, broccoli with cheese, carrot sticks, apple dumplings and diced peaches.

GRAB & GO: Turkey sub.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pop Tart, yogurt, fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken rings, sweet potato fries, green beans, fruit and sliced bread.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cereal, cinnamon toast, fruit.

LUNCH: Meatloaf, creamed potatoes, broccoli, fruit, roll.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Biscuit, sausage, fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken and noodles, black eyed peas, turnip greens, fruit, cornbread.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Powdered donuts andfruit. LUNCH: Cheeseburg­er, french fries with ketchup, sandwich salad cup, fruit and cookie.

PARKERS CHAPEL SCHOOLS MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake wrap with syrup, diced pears.

LUNCH: Popcorn chicken, catfish strips, Fritos, black eyed peas, sliced peaches.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cheese omelet, fresh oranges, graham cracker.

LUNCH: Chicken fajitas, beef nachos, spanish rice, charro beans, mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Powdered donut, diced peaches.

LUNCH: Meatball sub, beef lasagna with bread stick, green beans, fresh apples.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Egg and sausage bagel, mixed fruit.

LUNCH: Lemon pepper chicken, beef tips with brown gravy and rice, cornbread, carrots, diced pears.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Waffle with syrup, fresh apples, blueberry yogurt.

LUNCH: Cajun chicken jambalaya, sliced pork roast, roll, peas and carrots, mashed potatoes, fresh oranges.

Served daily: Cereal and toast, fresh salad bar

BREAKFAST: Pancake on a stick or cereal whole grain crackers, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Smoked sausage with mac and cheese, peas, breaded

okra, fruit.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cinnamon rolls or cereal with whole grain crackers, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: BBQ sandwich, baked beans, twice baked potato salad, fruit.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancakes with syrup or cereal with whole grain crackers, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Homemade pizza, whole kernel corn, fruit.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Assorted whole grain cereal with whole grain crackers, fruit or fruit juice.

LUNCH: Hot dog, coleslaw, baked beans, chips, fruit.

LUNCH: Taco roll, pinto beans, salsa, salad, fruit.
