TRACT 2: Lot 1, Block 94, Town of Felsenthal, Union County, Arkansas, according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 12A; and TRACT 3: Lot 8, Block 105, Town of Felsenthal, Union County, Arkansas, according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 12A or face entry of a judgment of default or be otherwise barred from asserting your interest.
