In the Matter of the Estate of Daisy Moore, Deceased No.70PR-2017 952.

The decedent, Daisy Moore, aged 91 years old, whose last known address was 12111 Hinson Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas, died at 8:45 P.M., on February 24, 2017.

On May 11, 2017 Affidavit for collection of small estate by distribute was filed with respect to the estate of Daisy Moore, deceased, with the clerk of the probate division of the circuit court of Union County, Arkansas, under Ark. Code Ann. § 28-41-101.

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributee or his attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.
