ERMA MOREHEAD Erma Morehead, 61, of El Dorado, passed away on June 7, 2017 at the Life Touch Hospice House.

EVA C. WATSON Services for Eva Coma Lewis Watson, 95, of Mount Holly, will be 2 p.m. today at Silver Hill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Leon Dixon and the Rev. Mike Wilkie officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Hill Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

FREDRICK J. BARNES Fredrick Jerome (Bo Dollar) Barnes, 48, of El Dorado, died Friday, June 2, 2017 at Medical Center of South Arkansas.
He was born on Oct. 7, 1968 in Urbana. He was the son of Eddie Lee
Barnes and
Jimmie Ann Washington Barnes. He was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Urbana. He was employed as an operator with El Dorado Paper Bag.
Survivors are his wife, Donna Kendrix Barnes of El Dorado; two sons, Fred Barnes Jr. and Orlando Barnes, both of El Dorado; five daughters, Quantia (Robert) Owens and Quaneshia Barnes of El Dorado, Micki Snowden and Keia Snowden of Orange, Texas and Ashley Snowden of Houston; his mother, Jimmie Ann Barnes of El Dorado; four brothers, Markeith Washington, Reginald Reynolds and Christopher Reynolds of El Dorado, and Kelvin Barnes of Pine Bluff; one sister, Comela Hunter of El Dorado; and 15 grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Urbana with the Rev. B. E. Artis officiating.
Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery in Urbana under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home.
Public viewing will be held from 2 until 5 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday.
PATRICIA S. LOCKHART Patricia (Pat) Shutes Lockhart, 73, of El Dorado, went to her heavenly home on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Medical Center of South Arkansas.
She was born on June 17, 1943 in El Dorado. She was the daughter of Burnette and Mildred Massey Shutes. Pat was employed with the El Dorado School District for 34 years as a classroom educator and principal.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and a sister, Mildred (Lou) Hunter.
Survivors include her sons, Marcus Lockhart (Tina) of Eugene, Oregon, Marc
Alan Lockhart (Monica) and
Tony Lockhart (Christi), all of
El Dorado. Also surviving is a devoted brother, Charles
Shutes (Carol) and a sister, Betty Shutes Christopher, all of El Dorado. Surviving grandchildren are Lauren, Hannah, Bryce, Mason, Analise, Brandon and Lindsey Lockhart; and many relatives and friends.
Funeral will be at noon on Friday, June 9, 2017 at the First Baptist Church-Cordell with Dr. Pierce L. Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home. A wake will be held at 6 p.m. today at First Baptist Church-Cordell.
ROBERT F. WALKER Robert F. Walker, 77, of Junction City, died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Courtyard Health & Rehab.
He was born June 30, 1939 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Scott Walker and Gladys Hobson Walker. He was a self-employed truck driver for Walker Trucking. Robert was of the Methodist faith.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Laura Walls Walker; brothers, Harry Walker, Richard Walker, and Lester Walker; and a sister, Norma Cox. Survivors include his daughter, Sandy Carpenter
(Mark) of Junction City; sister, Leona
Hicks (Jim); brother, Jesse
Walker; grandchildren, Dr. Lauren Monteith, Laney Sideroff, Christopher Carpenter and Claire Griffin (Gabe); and great-grandchildren, Collin Monteith, Ellyson Kate Monteith, and Harper Monteith. He also had numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Parkers Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Keith Dodson officiating and under the direction of Young’s Funeral Services.
