NOTICE

Last known address of decedent: 21958 US Hwy 283, Rockwood, TX 76873 Date of Death: October 8, 2016

An instrument dated October 27, 2015, was on the 8th day of June, 2017, admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of the above named decedent and the undersigneds have been appointed co-administrators thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice or they shall be

El Dorado Water Utilities will accept sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) 2018 model, new F-150 2x4 pickup truck, one (1) 2018 model, new F-150 4x4 Super Cap pickup truck, one (1) 2018 model, new F-350 4x4 extended cab pickup truck, two (2) 2018 model, new F-350 4x4 crew cab long wheel base pickup trucks, FOB, El Dorado Arkansas. Specifications are on file and may be obtained at the Utility office located at 500 North Washington, El Dorado, Arkansas. Inquiries should be directed to Mark Smith at 870-862-6451. SEALED BIDS must be presented on or before 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, July 25th, 2017, in the General Manager’s office at 500 North Washington, El Dorado Arkansas. Please specify on the outside of the envelope that it contains a BID. El Dorado Water Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
