KATHY L. BURNSIDE Services for Kathy Lewis Burnside, 67, of El Dorado, will be held at 10 a.m. today in the Chapel of Bailey Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Travis officiatin­g. Interment will be in the Arlington Memorial Park in El Dorado, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, El Dorado.

MARY J. GRAY Funeral for Mrs. Mary Joyce Gray, 81, will be held at 10 a.m., today at the Holly Ridge Assembly of God Church, Haynesvill­e, Louisiana, with her sons, Bro. Rodney Gray and Keith Gray officiatin­g. Interment will follow in Colquitt Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Haynesvill­e. ROBERT E. MARTIN There will be a celebratio­n of life for Robert “Bob” Eugene Martin, 84, at 11 a.m. today at Perry’s Funeral Chapels.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. today before the celebratio­n of life. Cremation services were entrusted to Perry’s Funeral Chapels.

JAYNE T. McCLURE A memorial service for Jayne Toland McClure, 67, of Fayettevil­le, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Central United Methodist Church in Fayettevil­le with the Rev. Emily Birch officiatin­g.

BILLIE J. VINSON Funeral for Billie Jane Vinson, 88, will be held at 10 a.m. today at Marysville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Pat Daugherty officiatin­g. Interment will follow at the Marysville Cemetery, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

CARROLL E. GADBERRY II Carroll E. Gadberry II, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in El Dorado.

Born Dec. 7, 1954 in Forrest City, Arkansas, he was the son of Carroll Eugene Gadberry Sr. and Diamond Louise Cothran Gadberry. Mr. Gadberry was a diesel mechanic and attended Marrable Hill Chapel. He had retired from the Army National Guard after 21 years of service.

Preceding him in death, along with parents was a brother, Roger Nemec II.

Survivors include three sons, Carroll Gadberry (Lori), Caleb Gadberry (Kayla) and Clayton Gadberry (Lindsey), all of El Dorado. Surviving sisters are Kristie Kiser (Tony), Anita Sills, Pam Gadberry, and Patty Nemec; along with a brother, Allan Gadberry (Andrea); and six grandchild­ren. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Ave., North Little Rock, AR, with interment to follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Young’s Funeral Directors.

SALLYLU KINSLOW Sallylu Holmes Kinslow, 86, of Little Rock, died Monday, July 17, 2017.

Born at Pine Bluff on March 26, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William Cade Bunn and Hilda Osterholt Bunn. She was a graduate of Pine Bluff High School, and attended Texas State College for Women from 1949-1950. Mrs. Kinslow completed her education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1986, earning a bachelor of science in education and a bachelor of arts in French.

Sallylu resided in Pine Bluff for many years. She married George Niemeyer Holmes in 1954, and he predecease­d her in July, 1992. She later married William Kinslow in 2006, and moved to El Dorado, where she lived until Mr. Kinslow’s death in 2013.

While in Pine Bluff, she was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, serving as organist and choir director, Sunday School teacher, and a member of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. She was also a member of the Junior League of Pine Bluff and the Bess Jenkins Club. She became a member of Grace Lutheran Church after moving to Little Rock.

Sallylu loved hiking, swimming, travelling, visiting the beach, and the outdoors.

In addition to her two husbands, Sallylu was predecease­d by a son, George Niemeyer Holmes, Jr. who died April 25, 1980 during a hostage rescue attempt in Iran; and her brother, Richard “Dick” Bunn.

Survivors include two sons, Richard “Rick” Holmes and wife, Jeanene of Peachtree City, Georgia and James Douglas “Doug” Holmes and wife, Debra of North Little Rock; two stepsons, Henry Kinslow and wife, Ivory of El Dorado, and Charles Kinslow and wife, Dona of Little Rock; her grandchild­ren, Cade, Tanner, Daniel, and Anna Holmes; and step-grandchild­ren, Page, Chase, and Rachel Kinslow.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Graceland Cemetery at Pine Bluff. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Little Rock with Pastor James Walter officiatin­g. The family will greet friends following the service in Parker Hall at the church. Arrangemen­ts are by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services of Pine Bluff.
