EL DORADO SCHOOLS

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Maple mini pancakes, Pop Tart, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Orange broccoli chicken with rice, chicken tenders, turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, fresh broccoli, oranges, mixed fruit, dinner roll.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Sausage biscuit, cereal bar, fruit.

LUNCH: Baked spaghetti, cheeseburg­er, chef salad with crackers, green beans, red pepper strips, apples, peaches, breadstick.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake on stick, Nutri-Grain Bar, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Baked potato with broccoli and cheese, chicken sandwich, ham sandwich, orange glazed carrots, sliced squash, grapes, diced pears.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Ham and cheese biscuit, cereal bar, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken quesadilla, BBQ rib sandwich, chef salad with crackers, pinto beans, potato wedges, orange wedges, applesauce.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: French toast stick, chocolate muffin, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Pepperoni pizza, corn dog, turkey sandwich, fresh carrots, side salad, watermelon, peaches.

JUNCTION CITY SCHOOLS

MONDAY NO SCHOOL TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Yogurt, fruit and granola parfait, cereal.

LUNCH: Mini corn dogs with mustard, sweet potato fries, breaded okra, fruit, rice crispy treat.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cereal, cinnamon toast, fruit.

LUNCH: Hot ham and cheese sandwich, steamed broccoli with ranch, potato wedges, fruit.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Biscuit, sausage, fruit.

LUNCH: Frito pie, seasoned corn, carrots, fruit, cornbread muffin.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Blueberry muffin, cheese stick, fruit.

LUNCH: Grilled chicken sandwich with mayo or mustard packet, French fries with ketchup, sandwich salad cup, fruit, cookie.

PARKERS CHAPEL SCHOOLS

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake wrap, applesauce.

LUNCH: Chicken crispito, turkey nachos, Spanish rice, charro beans, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Ham, egg and cheese bagel, mixed fruit.

LUNCH: Beef stroganoff, chicken jambalaya, roll, corn, fresh apples.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Blueberry loaf, strawberry banana yogurt, raisins.

LUNCH: Beef tips with gravy and roll, grilled chicken wrap, brown rice, mixed veggies, mixed fruit.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Sausage biscuit, canned pears.

LUNCH: Chicken spaghetti, spaghetti with meat sauce, breadstick, green beans, diced peaches.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Cheese omelet, raisins.

LUNCH: Honey mustard chicken with roll, pulled pork sandwich, French fries, fresh oranges, raisins.

Served daily: Cereal with toast, fresh salad bar.

BREAKFAST: Powdered donuts or whole grain cereal with whole grain crackers.

LUNCH: Chicken cheese crispito, carrot sticks with ranch, broccoli with cheese sauce.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Breakfast burrito or whole grain cereal with whole wheat toast.

LUNCH: Taco snack, corn, pinto beans, cookie.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Ham or whole grain cereal with whole grain biscuit.

LUNCH: Chicken spaghetti, green beans,

garden salad, roll. THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Strawberry pancakes or whole grain cereal with whole wheat toast.

LUNCH: Breaded steak sandwich, sandwich salad cup, seasoned tator babies.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Pop Tarts or whole grain cereal with whole grain crackers.

LUNCH: Popcorn chicken, tator tots, baked beans.

LUNCH: Italian spaghetti, green peas, breadstick, fruit salad.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Toast, cereal, graham crackers, fruit.

LUNCH: Hot dog, baked beans, veggie sticks.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Waffles, sausage links, fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickle, baked fries, fruit.
