All of the above-named persons, their spouses, assigns and trustees and any other person who may have an interest in the above-described real estate are hereby notified and warned that they must appear within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Warning Order or face entry of judgment as requested in the Petition for Partition filed herein by Plaintiff by default or be otherwise barred from asserting his or her interest.

The Board of Trustees of South Arkansas Community College will receive sealed proposals for Site Improvements including site lighting,

campus identification signage, and asphalt paving at the SouthArk East Campus, El Dorado, Arkansas (CADM Project 1734) until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Bids will be received and opened at the Physical Plant Office, 334 West Hillsboro, El Dorado, Arkansas and read aloud. Plans and Specifications have been prepared by CADM Architecture, Inc., 214 North Washington, Suite 413, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730, phone 870-863-7367, fax 870-863-4367, mail@cadmarchitects.com. Proposals shall be delivered in a clearly identified sealed, opaque envelope.
A five percent (5%) corporate Bid Bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on construction contracts that exceed $20,000.00 in accordance with ACA 22-9-203. Bidders must comply with all requirements of Contractors Licensing Laws of the State of Arkansas, Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and Arkansas Code 22-9-204 section 3.6(a).
