JOHNNY MILLER Johnny Miller, 50, of El Dorado, died Monday, Sept. 25, 2017 at St.Vincent’s Infirmary in Little Rock.

BOBBIE J. SULEPHEN Bobbie Jean Sulephen, 88, of El Dorado, passed away Monday, Sept. 25, 2017, at her residence.

NORMA K. BRADLEY Mrs. Norma King Jones Bradley, 87 of Strong, AR, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado,

AR.

Mrs. Bradley was born January 30,

1930 in Strong,

AR, to the union of Bonnie Earl King and Opal Irene Fairris King.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, James H. Jones and Willis Bradley.

Mrs. Bradley was an amazing cook, a wonderful caregiver to all in need as evidenced by her later in life career choice as a nurse.

She is survived by her three children, Melanie Jones Raines and husband David of West Monroe, LA, Melissa Jones Jerry and husband Randy, of El Dorado, AR, her son and loving caregiver Mark Jones of Strong, AR, brother, Ray Finney and wife Marilyn of Monroe, LA, four grandchild­ren, Jamie Turbeville, Cory Turbeville, Megan Martin, and Alex Hoover, three great grandchild­ren.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home, El Dorado.

A private graveside service will be held at the Strong Cemetery, Strong, AR. with Rev. Richard Turnley officiatin­g. Interment will be in the Strong Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, El Dorado, AR.

DORA LAUNIUS Mrs. Dora “Deanna” Collier Launius, 85, of El Dorado, formerly of Hope, passed away Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, in El Dorado.

Mrs. Launius was born in Hope on Nov. 6, 1931 to Leo and Etta Jackson Collier. She was a homemaker and member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in El Dorado.

Mrs. Launius was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, James Vance Launius.

Mrs. Launius is survived by one son, James “Leo” Launius of El Dorado; a daughter; Dawn Beasley and her husband, Chuck, of El Dorado; two brothers, Eugene Collier and his wife, Paulette, of Oak Grove Community, and Doug Collier and his wife, Brenda, also of Oak Grove; one sister, Sharon Rust and her husband, Danny, of Longview, Texas; one granddaugh­ter, Ashley Deanna Smith and her husband, Chad, of El Dorado; a great-granddaugh­ter, Olivia Dawn Smith; other family members and friends.

Visitation for Mrs. Launius was held from 1 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home, 1001 S. Main, Hope.

Funeral was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest with the Rev. Jerry G. Westmorela­nd officiatin­g. Burial was held in Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove. RICHARD MITCHAM Richard C. Mitcham, better known as “Rich,” 68, of Hampton, passed away Sept. 11, 2017 in Marysville, Washington.

H e was the youngest son of L.D. Mitcham

Jr. and Ethel Perritt Mitcham.

H e was in Washington to celebrate his 50th class reunion, from Meadowdale High School, class of 1967.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Don Mitcham and Phillip Mitcham, both of El Dorado.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Shawn Mitcham and Shana Mitcham, of Anacortes, Washington; his stepdaught­er, Kari Strickland of Hampton; one sister, Pamela Mitcham Harris of Calion; and two grandsons, Jared and Jacob Marks, also of Hampton.

Rich enjoyed spending time with his grandsons. He also leaves behind his two companions, Rueka and Kady Mae.

His passion was golf and he played every sunny day possible. He loved to tinker in his fabulous shop, especially on antique vehicles. He retired from Lockheed-Martin in 2011.

He proudly served our country in the United States Navy.

Our Rich was a quiet man, with many skills and was always ready to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

His favorite saying about himself was “I’m just fat, dumb and happy!”

Cremation was handled by Solie Funeral Home of Everett, Washington. A celebratio­n of Rich’s life will be held at a later date in Hampton.
