DAVIDA J. DEVINE

Davida Joan “Davi” Devine, 71, of Suffolk, Virginia, formerly of El Dorado, passed away Oct. 4, 2017.

A private memorial service for the family will be held. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Young’s Funeral Directors.

The family will gather from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at 926 N. Madison Ave., El Dorado.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundations), 11324 Arcade Drive, Suite 16, Little Rock, AR 72212.

BETTY F. JOHNSON

Funeral for Betty F. Johnson, 83, of Farmerville, Louisiana and formerly of El Dorado, will be held at 2 p.m. today in Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Harper Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, El Dorado.

BYRON THOMAS

Byron Thomas, 58, of Savannah, Georgia, formerly of El Dorado, passed away on Oct. 8, 2017, at St. Joseph’s Hospital of Savannah after a short illness.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. and the funeral at 11 a.m. Saturday at Young’s Funeral Chapel with Thomas Hubbard officiating. A graveside service at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
