Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the City of El Dorado, Arkansas Code of Ordinances #1685 and AR State Statute, the following application for a Certificate of Appropriateness is docketed for a public hearing before the El Dorado Historic District Commission at City Hall, 204 North West Avenue, El Dorado, AR on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 12 Noon.
