Freshman Lady Cats win twice in tourney

El Dorado's freshmen girls basketball team won twice Saturday in the Junior High Tournament at Wildcat Arena.

The Lady Wildcats beat Pine Bluff 43-22. Hannah Turbeville led El Dorado with 14 points. Tajah Edmondson and Zaria Brown each scored seven.

El Dorado beat Little Rock Parkview 41-18. Erica Moore scored 12 with Zaria Brown and Joi Johnson contributing nine and seven, respectively.

The Lady Wildcats improved to 3-1 and will host Camden Fairview tonight.
