MOLLY SPEIGHTS Molly “Fran” Speights, 82, of El Dorado, passed away.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017 At Perry’s Funeral Chapels.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 also at Perry’s Funeral Chapels.

Followed by Interment at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

WILLIAM O. CARTER William O. “Bill” Carter, 91 of El Dorado, died Friday, November 24, 2017. He was born August 20, 1926 in Banks to the late Gobe and Jobie Lee Carter. He was also preceded in death by his wife Aline Carter, five brothers, and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife Marcell Carter of El Dorado; two sons, Ronald Carter and wife Linda of Monroe, Louisiana and Larry Carter and wife Sandra of Lynchburg, Virginia; one daughter Myra Hearnsberg­er and husband Floyd of Hampton; three sisters, Gladys Pinson of Magnolia, Clydie Thornton of Hampton, and Everine Nealy of Magnolia; seven grandchild­ren, eleven great grandchild­ren, five greatgreat grandchild­ren, two step-daughters, and one step-son.

Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6PM until 8PM at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton (Archer Street). Funeral services are 11AM Monday at First Assembly of God Church in Hampton with Rev. LULA M. WILLIAMS Lula Mae Webb Williams, 96, of Lawson, AR, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017 at Timberlane Health and Rehab in El Dorado, AR

Mrs. Williams was born November 11, 1921 in Lawson, AR to the union of William Aurthur Webb and Willie Miner Perry Webb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Basil Dun Williams, one sister, Willie Louise Webb Brown, three brothers, William Perry Webb, Robert Aurthur Webb and William Oscar Webb.

She worked for over twenty years at East Main Kindergart­en and Child Care. She was a longtime member of Liberty Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and served as Treasurer for many years.

Survivors include two nieces, Tina Lane, and Cecilia Farrar and husband Ronnie, two nephews, Robert Webb and wife Noemi and James Webb. Nine great nieces and nephews, Josh, Chelsea, Marsha, Justin, Jason, Courtney, Tabitha, Angela, and Adam, and numerous great great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 27, 2017 at the Liberty Baptist Church in Lawson, AR, with Rev. Ronnie Robins and Rev. Terry Burke officiatin­g. Interment will be in the Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.

Pallbearer­s will be Ronnie Farrar, Jason Smith, Justin Smith, Josh Pepper, Tanner Ruiz, and Javier Ruiz.
