EL DORADO SCHOOLS

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Maple mini pancakes, Pop Tart, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken tenders, hot dog, ham and cheese sandwich, french fries, zucchini strips, apple wedges, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Sausage biscuit, cereal bar, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Baked spaghetti, grilled hand and cheese sandwich, chef salad with crackers, oven roasted carrots, red pepper strips, grapes, diced pears, breadstick.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancake on a stick, Nutri-Gran Bar, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken and noodles, cheeseburg­er, turkey sandwich, side salad, cereal sticks, apple wedges, sliced strawberri­es.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Ham and cheese biscuit, cereal bar, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Beef nachos, corn dog, chef salad with crackers, kickin’ pinto beans, baby carrots, banana, applesauce.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Mini french toast, blueberry muffin, fresh fruit.

LUNCH: Pepperoni pizza, hot dog, ham and cheese sandwich, red pepper strips, garden salad, grapes, strawberri­es.

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Cereal, toast, fruit.

LUNCH: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, seasoned carrots, fruit, roll.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pancakes, syrup, fruit.

LUNCH: Chicken nuggets, black-eyed peas, cream potatoes with gravy, fruit, biscuit.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cereal, cinnamon toast, fruit.

LUNCH: White chicken chili, seasoned greens, sweet potato crunch, fruit, cornbread.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Biscuit, sausage, fruit.

LUNCH: Pepperoni pizza, seasoned mixed vegetables, salad with ranch, fruit.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Super donut, fruit.

LUNCH: BBQ pork sandwich, french fries with ketchup, carrots, fruit, cookie.

PARKERS CHAPEL SCHOOLS

MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Breakfast pizza, sliced pears.

LUNCH: Beef country fried steak with toast, chicken ring and waffles, mashed potatoes with gravy, fresh apples,

strawberry cup. TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Pigs in a blanket, strawberry cup.

LUNCH: Beef enchilada, chicken nachos, spanish rice and pinto beans, fresh grapes, sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Dutch waffle, applesauce.

LUNCH: Beef ravioli with breadstick, grab and go chicken caesar salad, green beans, fresh oranges, mixed fruit.

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Ham egg and cheese burrito, fresh bananas.

LUNCH: Ham mac and cheese, BBQ glazed chicken, cornbread, blackeyed peas, fresh pears, mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Mini maple pancakes, pineapple chunks, strawberry banana yogurt.

LUNCH: Korean chicken, pork and veggie egg roll with string cheese, fried rice and broccoli stir-fry, fresh bananas, sliced pears.
