NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Union County, Arkansas, made and entered on December 1, 2017, in a certain cause (No. 70CV-17195) then pending between U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of October 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE7, Mortgage PassThrough Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs of Deborah Briggs, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the Union County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in El Dorado, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on January 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM, the following-described real estate, situated in Union County, Arkansas:

Effective January 1, 2018 by agreement of the circuit judges of the Thirteenth Judicial District, the Union County District Court, presided over by Judge Jack W. Barker, shall hear by referral all matters pending and filed in Union County Circuit Court regarding landlord/ tenant disputes to include Forcible Entry and Detainers and Unlawful Detainer actions. Judge Barker will hear these cases one (1) day each month as scheduled by the District Clerk’s office at the District Courtroom located at the Union County Criminal Justice Facility, 250 American Road, El Dorado, Arkansas. All cases will need to be initially filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Union County, 2nd floor, Union County Courthouse, El Dorado, Arkansas and will thereafter be transferred to Union County District Court for hearing.
