Effective January 1, 2018 by agreement of the circuit judges of the Thirteenth Judicial District, the Union County District Court, presided over by Judge Jack W. Barker, shall hear by referral all matters pending and filed in Union County Circuit Court regarding landlord/tenant disputes to include Forcible Entry and Detainers and Unlawful Detainer actions. Judge Barker will hear these cases one (1) day each month as scheduled by the District Clerk’s office at the District Courtroom located at the Union County Criminal Justice Facility, 250 American Road, El Dorado, Arkansas. All cases will need to be initially filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Union County, 2nd floor, Union County Courthouse, El Dorado, Arkansas and will thereafter be transferred to Union County

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of El Dorado will accept sealed bids to remove & dispose of existing sidewalks and form and pour sidewalks per specifications. Interested bidders may obtain information from the office of the Director of Public Works, 204 North West Avenue, El Dorado, Ar. Bids should be mailed to Robert Edmonds, P.O. Box 2170, El Dorado, Arkansas, 71731.

All bids for the above must include all applicable taxes and should be in the office of the Director by 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2018. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received. /s/Robert Edmonds Director of Public Works
