Legal Notice NOTICE OF APPLICATIO­N FOR CLASS II SALT WATER DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT

Jamie Oil, Inc., 117 Foxwood, Hot Springs, AR 71913, has applied to the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission for a permit to dispose of produced salt water by well injection into a formation that is not known to be productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to dispose of salt water into the Graves Formation at a depth of 2690 feet to 2700 feet in the Ezzell D-2, located 380’ North and 280’ East of the Southwest Corner of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 19, Township 17 South, Range 14 West in the El Dorado East (Ezzell Area) Field, Union County, Arkansas.

Requests for public hearing from persons who can show they are adversely affected or requests for informatio­n concerning this applicatio­n should be submitted in writing within 15 days of this publicatio­n to the Manager of Undergroun­d Injection Control, Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, P.O. Box 11510, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730.
