New Providence

Baptist Church: The New Providence Baptist Church of Norphlet, will celebrate their Annual Black History Program at 11 a.m. Sunday. Sis. Diane Helms, of Camden, will be the speaker for this celebrator­y program. Everyone is invited to come and be a part of this program. Refreshmen­ts will be served after the morning service. The Youth Department will be in charge of the program. The Rev. Rudolph V. Stennis Jr., is the pastor.

New Life Deliveranc­e and Worship Center:

The annual prayer breakfast will be held at 10 a.m. today at the New Life Deliveranc­e and Worship Center, 8388 Junction City Highway, 167 South, El Dorado. The speaker will be Sister Monica Artis. The public is invited to attend.

Morning Star #1 Baptist Church: 12th Pastor Anniversar­y honoring the Rev. Jay Steward will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, 278 Dumas City Road, El Dorado. Theme will be Jeremiah 3:15, “And I will give you shepherds according to my heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understand­ing.” Guest church is Mount Calvary Baptist Church and Pastor John Elliot. Mistress of ceremony is Sis. Gwen Archie. Lunch will be served at 1:30 p.m.

First Apostolic

Church: Annual 21 Night Revival will be at 6 p.m. until Feb. 21 at the church, 215 American Road, El Dorado. Motto is “Use What You Got”. Theme is “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transforme­d by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1-2.

Beulah Grove Baptist

Church: Annual Colorama will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, 157 Union Road 283, Junction City. Guest will be Beulah Grove Parnel and the Rev. Luther Harris, pastor. Everyone is invited to attend.

Moro Bay Baptist

Church: The Moro Bay Baptist Church will have its Second Saturday Night Singing tonight at 6 p.m. at the church. The featured music group will be the Church Quartet of Norphlet. A meal will be served at 5 p.m. Bro. Joe McClellan invites everyone to attend.

P.U.S.H. Ministry:

Black History celebratio­n to be held at 11 a.m. Feb. 18 at P.U.S.H. Ministry. The theme is “One Life to Live: Make It Count”. Minister Earlene Burns will deliver the message. The public is invited to attend.

Calvary Missionary Baptist Church:

15th Appreciati­on Celebratio­n for Minister of Music, Mark W. Massey, Sr. will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at the church, 4632 Highway 376 South, Louann. The Rev. Cecil Gibson, pastor.
