STATEMENT OF NONDISCRIM­INATION KAMO Power Electric Cooperativ­e is the recipient of Federal financial assistance from the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), an agency of the U.S. Department of Agricultur­e and is subject to the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilita­tion Act of 1973, as amended, the Age Discrimina­tion Act of 1975, as amended, and the rules and regulation­s of the U.S. Department of Agricultur­e. In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agricultur­e (USDA) civil rights regulation­s and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutio­ns participat­ing in or administer­ing USDA programs are prohibited from discrimina­ting based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientatio­n, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliatio­n for prior civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA (not all bases apply to all programs). To file a program discrimina­tion complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimina­tion Complaint Form, AD3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimina­tion Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the informatio­n requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. The undersigne­d has been appointed Administra­tor of the estate of the above named decedent on February 15, 2018.

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigne­d within six (6) months from the date of the first publicatio­n of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Provided that claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from any benefit in such estate.
