The Circuit Court of Union County, Arkansas, in partition case number 70CV-17-170 has ordered the public sale of the following described lands in Union County, Arkansas: TRACT ONE:

The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 17 South, Range 16 West.

TRACT TWO:

The West 1/3rd of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying North and East of the El Dorado and Lisbon Highway, now Known at Mt. Holly Road, in Section 9, Township 17 South, Range 16 West.

The property will be sold by the circuit clerk “AS IS” for cash to the highest bidder under the orders of the court at 10:00 a.m. on March 29, 2018, at the east door of the Union County Courthouse, El Dorado, Arkansas.
