Palestine A.M.E. Church: Annual Women’s Day celebration to be held at 11 a.m. May 6 at the church. Minister Earlene Burns will be the guest speaker. The public is invited to attend.
P.U.S.H. Ministry: Mother’s Day Celebration to be held at 11 a.m. May 13 at the church. The theme is, “A Mother’s Love.” Minister Earlene Burns will deliver the message. The public is invited to attend.
Willow Grove Missionary Baptist Church: Anniversary Appreciation Services for the Rev. and Sis. Doyle McGhee to be held at 2:30 p.m. May 6 at the church. Guest will be Bishop Dr. George Calloway, Jr. and the St. James Baptist Church. The public is invited to attend.
Galilee Baptist Church: Will host a 5th Sunday Night Singing at 6 p.m. Sunday at the church, 117 Galilee Road in El Dorado. Special guest soloist will be Joel Woolen. A time of fellowship will follow the program.
Hosanna Baptist Church: Celebrating the 26th Appreciation of it’s Pastor and Wife, Jerry and Gracie Ross, at 2:30 p.m. May 6 at the church. Special guest will be Pastor Daniel Willis and the congregation of Union Mission Baptist Church. Lunch will be served.
Christ Missionary Baptist Church: Annual Women’s Day will be held at 4 p.m. May 13,at the church, 1628 E. Cook St., El Dorado. Divine Faith Fellowship Full Gospel Baptist Church: 5th Sunday Fellowship Service to be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church, 1218 E. Hillsboro, El Dorado. Overseer Christopher Howard, pastor. Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church/Caledonia Community: The 157th Holy Ghost Convocation will be held at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in the Caledonia Community at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. May 6. The Evangelist for all three services will be Apostle Lornell Grayson, of New Life Worship and Deliverance Center, Junction City. Refreshments will be served each night. At 2:15 p.m. Sunday the Annual Holy Ghost Feast will be held.
