is the son of Danielle and Michael Young of El Dorado. He is the recipient of a $5,000 Silas Hunt, $2,000 Max Moody, $500 Empire, $1,500 Hazel/L.C. Ross scholarships, the Arkansas Academic Challenge and is a top 5 percent graduate. He is a member of the varsity basketball team and made Academic All-Conference. He is also a member of National Honor Society and Douglas Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He plans to attend the University of Arkansas and major in biomedical engineering.

is the daughter of Kristen and Dan Roblee of El Dorado. She is the recipient of a $4,000 AR Academic Challenge Scholarship, El Dorado Promise, $3,500 Louisiana Tech Merit Outstanding Student Scholarship, $1,000 Colonel Claude Haswell Scholarship, $500 Jerry Canada Scholarship and $11,049 Bulldog Scholarship. She is an AP Scholar, Academic Letterman and Murphy Excellence. She is a top 5 percent graduate. She is a member of the National Honor Society (vice president), Student Council (senior representative), Steering Committee, Campfire and St. Paul United Methodist Church. She plans to attend Louisiana Tech University and major in graphic design.
Top 10 percent graduate, Micah Haney,
son of Sharon and Michael Haney of El Dorado, has received the Louisiana Tech University Outstanding Student scholarship ($5,500); the Bulldog Scholarship ($11,049); the Murphy Promise scholarship; and the Arkansas Academic Challenge scholarship. He is an Academic Letterman recipient and will graduate in the top 5 percent of his class. He is a three-year letterman for the Wildcats varsity baseball team, where he played catcher and right fielder. He was a member of National Honor Society, Beta Club, Student Council and Steering Committee.

is the daughter of Cindy and Bill Meyer of El Dorado. Her scholarships include: Top 10 percent, Vanderbuilt Grant (full tuition), Arkansas Governor’s Distinguished Scholar for $10,000 a year, National Honor Society, and Beta Club. She was Thespian Troupe 42, senior president, El Dorado Chorale, social media chair, and El Dorado High Choir Librarian. She is a South Arkansas Arts Center intern and she attends Our Savior Lutheran Church. After she graduates she plans to attend Vanderbuilt University and major in vocal performance.

Macy Barker, daughter of Robyn and Jack Barker of El Dorado, has been awarded the Arkansas Academic Challenge scholarship ($14,000/over four years); Southern Arkansas University Achievement Award ($8,000); El Dorado Promise scholarship ($43,300); Church’s Chicken Scholarship ($1,000); and the Arkansas Scholar award. She is a varsity women’s tennis player, and has been recognized as the women’s No. 1 player, an Arkansas 2017 Top Ten Junior Player, was a conference runner up in 2014 and 2015 and was the Lion’s Tennis Invitational 2017 winner. Keonta Barnes is the son of Taronda and Kinte Barnes of El Dorado. He is a graduate of El Dorado High School and played football for El Dorado High School. After he graduates he plans to attend Southern Arkansas University and major in mass communication.
