Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Office of Water Quality has received an application for renewal on 5/30/2018, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 1755-WR-7, for operation of the West Plant Brine Disposal System. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility under consideration is located as follows: Section 11 Township 18S Range 18W, near the community of Marysville in Union County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
