Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church: Annual Women’s Day will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at the church, 600 Ebenezer Road, Strong. The Rev. Stanley Stigars is pastor. Guest speaker will be Sis. Senitha Frost Hodge of Mt. Grove Baptist Church. Theme is “Praise Him for Pressure; The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth” Psalms 11:5.

Greater Paradise Missionary Baptist Church: Will be honoring Bro. Williams Jerome Robinson, the Minister of Music, 29th Appreciation Service at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, 729 Marsh Ave., El Dorado. Special guest will be Pastor Roy Aaron and the First St. James Baptist Church of El Dorado.
Mt. Sinai Freewill Baptist Church: The church’s homecoming will be at 2:30 p.m. July 15 at the church, 9716 Magnolia Highway, El Dorado. Guest minister for the event will be Alister Hamilton Sr. Lunch will be served. Revival service will be held at 7 p.m. starting July 18-20. Guest Pastor the Rev. John Modest Miles of Morning Star Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. Miles is an El Dorado native and former member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church. Everyone is invited to attend.
Midway Baptist Church: Vacation Bible School; “Shipwrecked” Rescued by Jesus will be held July 15-18 from 5:30 until 8 p.m. nightly at the church, 9011 Magnolia Highway. For children of at least 4 years old through sixth grade.
