Delek: Delek U.S. El Dorado Refinery partnered with the El Dorado Fire Department to provide bleeding control kits for every school in the district on Friday morning at El Dorado High School. These kits include tourniquet, gauze, glove and instructio­ns, according to the Stop the Bleed campaign stated by American College of Surgeons. Delek U.S. is providing financial backing for the kits and the fire department has several members certified to teach classes on the proper use of the equipment, which are offered to any district staff member.
