Mt. Sinai Freewill Baptist Church: The church’s homecoming will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, 9716 Magnolia Highway, El Dorado. Guest minister for the event will be Aluster Hamilton Sr. Lunch will be served. Revival service will be held at 7 p.m. starting Wednesday through Friday. Guest Pastor will be the Rev. John Modest Miles of Morning Star Baptist Church of Kansas City, Missouri. Miles is an El Dorado native and also a current member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church. Everyone is invited to attend.
Midway Baptist Church: Vacation Bible School; “Shipwrecked” Rescued by Jesus will be held Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 until 8 p.m. nightly at the church, 9011 Magnolia Highway. For children of at least 4 years old through sixth grade.
El Dorado Missionary Baptist Church: Vacation Bible School program will be July Sunday through Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. nightly at the church, 3014 E. Main St., El Dorado. The theme is “Jungle River Adventure” and is an exciting and interactive learning experience for all children, ages nursery to adult. For more information or to pre-register, call 870863-4666. Snow Hill Missionary Baptist Church: Celebrating their annual “Men and Women Day” this Sunday. This gala occasion will be during morning worship service at 10:50 a.m. Assistant Pastor, Minister Dale E. Tatum Sr. will bring the message. Everyone is invited to attend and be blessed with Snow Hill.
P.U.S.H. Ministry: Minister Earlene Burns will deliver the sermon during morning worship services at 11 a.m. Sunday at the church. The public is invited to attend.
Triumph Church of God in Christ: Camp Meeting to be held beginning July 22-27 at the church. At 6 p.m. July 22, guest speaker will be Minister Earlene Burns and special feature will be Charlene Harris. At 7 p.m. July 23, guest speaker will be Minister Earlene Burns, special feature will be Evangelist Mavis Gill and special guest praise dancers will be Hallelujah Praises. At 7 p.m. July 24-25 guest speaker will be Elmo Johnson and, at 6:30 p.m. July 26-27, the guest speaker will be Minister Yolanda Willis Walker of Pittsburg, Texas. Minister Walker serves as First Lady of New Life Baptist Church in Pittsburg where her husband, the Rev. Anthony Walker, is pastor. She recorded her first CD “God Won’t Fail” in 2016. Evergreen Ministries Intl.: A celebration for our pastor Marilyn Frazier’s 2nd Anniversary will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church. Evangelist Michelle Grimes is Mistress of Ceremony. There will be lots of praising and worship. Guests will be Dr. David Cook of Evergreen, Randolph and Shady Grove of Mt. Holly. Everyone is invited to attend. First Presbyterian Church of El Dorado: Hosting a Ferncliff Camp-2-You program July 23-27. The day camp hours will be MondayThursday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until noon. We are offering this exciting program in partnership with Ferncliff, the camp and conference center of the Presbytery of Arkansas. All children entering grades first through sixth can enjoy this taste of camp to be held right here at the church. Bible stories, worship, games, arts and crafts, singing, fellowship, making new friends and much more will be included in the program. The theme is “A New Leaf” which is all about God’s beautiful creation and how God is constantly renewing us. St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church: 83rd Church Anniversary will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church. Guests will be the Rev. Billy Miller and Mt. Willie Baptist Church of Junction City. Everyone is invited to attend. Lunch will be served at 1:30 p.m.
New Jerusalem Christian Church and Ministry: A Musical Appreciation service for Sis. Erica Muse will be held Friday at 7 p.m. at the church, 1400 N. Gray St., El Dorado, LaDebra Van Hook host pastor. The public is invited to attend and share in this celebration.
