Obituaries PHILLIP EPINETTE

Phillip Eppinette, 61, of El Dorado, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado. Phillip was born Nov. 7, 1956 in Bastrop, Louisiana to W.R. and Ruby Eppinette. Phillip was owner of Eppinette Kennels.

He was preceded in death by his father, W.R. Eppinette; nephew, Daniel Eppinette.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Eppinette of El Dorado; son, Adam Eppinette of El Dorado; grandson, Trevor Eppinette of El Dorado; granddaugh­ter, Lauren Coke of El Dorado; mother, Ruby Eppinette of Camden; two brothers, Randy Eppinette and wife, Vickie of Camden, and Jason Eppinette and wife, Kerry of Texarkana; two nephews, Chance Eppinette of Camden, and Ethan Eppinette of Texarkana; one niece, Erin Eppinette of Texarkana; friend, Tina Coke of El Dorado; host of friends.

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Proctor Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018 at Mt. Horeb Cemetery with Bro. RUTHELLE THOMPSON TAYLOR

Graveside services for Mrs. Ruthelle Thompson Taylor , age 90, will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the Union Grove Cemetery, Lillie, Louisiana, with Ronnie Dancer officiatin­g. Interment will follow in Union Grove Cemetery, Lillie, Louisiana under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, Louisiana.

A brief visitation will be held before the service. Mrs. Taylor was born on Sept. 25, 1927 to Sturges Thompson and Rosa Mae Goss Thompson in Lillie, Louisiana and passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018 in Springhill, Louisiana. She was a homemaker and a member of Springhill Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Taylor loved working in her yard, crocheting, doing word puzzles, and especially enjoyed her family, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren and great-great-grandchild­ren.

She is survived by her two grandsons, Chris Gordon and wife, Nikki of Sumter, South Carolina, Timothy Ray Burkett and wife, Tina of Springhill, Louisiana; granddaugh­ter, Angela Lynn Jones and husband, Dana of Carthage, Texas; four great-grandchild­ren, T.C. Gordon, John Nichols, Patrick Nichols and Summer Bodkin; two great-great-grandchild­ren, Ethan Bodkin, Lucas Bodkin; and sister, Peggy Morse of Sarepta, Louisiana.

Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by husband, John Almer Taylor; daughters, Toni Ruth Taylor and Donna Taylor; and grandson, James Ray Burkett.
